In fact, our Lead Trainer is one of Australia's original PRINCE2 trainers and oversaw one of the very first PRINCE2 adoptions in the Victorian government in 2000 and since then seen its rapid acceptance in Australia across all business sectors.

Our team has trained thousands of people in best practice methodologies and provided advice to hundreds of projects and programmes on how to effectively apply best practice methodologies.

Advancing the management of important business initiatives is a continuous journey. Our consulting and coaching services complement our training and certification services. We as trainers are continuously learning from PRINCE2 & MSP implementations and trainings and subsequently our services are always tailored to advance the skill base and management approaches of our clients.

Consulting Services
