HiLogic is an Accredited PRINCE2 Training Organisation working with government and private sector organisations to advance their project management capabilities.

At the core of our project services is the project management methodology PRINCE2. This methodology offers the flexibility needed to manage projects in an ever changing environment and is a cost effective means for organizations to align to best practice project management.
Individuals and organisations striving to improve the performance of their projects can develop core project management competencies through PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner training courses.

In fact, our Lead Trainer is one of Australia's original PRINCE2 trainers and oversaw one of the very first PRINCE2 adoptions in the Victorian government in 2000 and since then seen its rapid acceptance in Australia across all business sectors.

Our team has trained thousands of people in PRINCE2 and provided advice to hundreds of projects on how to effectively apply PRINCE2 and project management best practices.

Advancing the management of projects is a continuous journey. Our consulting and coaching services complement our training and certification services. We as trainers are continuously learning from PRINCE2 implementations and trainings and subsequently our services are always tailored to advance the skill base and project management approaches of our clients.

Consulting Services

  • Project & Programme Management Assurance - integral to the function of the management team. This role provides independent assessment and advice to senior management, project managers and the programme manager.
