Change Management training courses

Support existing project and programme management methods by learning through our change management courses approaches, models and principles for managing individual, team and organizational change.   • 3 day Change Management Foundation (inclusive of Foundation certification exam)

Change Management certification exam

The Foundation exam is completed at the end of day 3 of the Foundation course.   This exam is a 1 hour multiple choice exam with 60 questions.  To attain the change management Foundation certification a pass mark of 50% is required.

The Practitioner (Advanced) exam is completed at the end of day 2 of the Practitioner course.  This exam is a 3 hour objective style exam with 4 questions.  A pass mark of 50% is required to attain the change management Practitioner (Advanced) certification.
