MSP Overview

This is a ½ day or one day course conducted on site as corporate in-house training.

Course Aim

This Overview course is designed to provide programme team members an understanding on how the MSP methodology operates. .

At end of the Overview course participants will be able to:

  • Realise the value and scope of MSP
  • Understand how programmes help deliver major change
  • Utilise key MSP terminology
  • Be familiar with the purpose of key MSP management documents
  • Understand the MSP transformational process model

Target Audience

Business managers, business change managers, programme managers, programme board members, project managers and project and programme office managers who want to develop an understanding of the key principles of MSP and how the methodology operates.

Course Covers

During the course we will explore the main themes and principles of MSP and journey through the MSP Process Model. Participants will be provided with HiLogic’s MSP Overview manual.
