PRINCE2 Overview

This is a ½ day or one day course conducted on site as corporate in-house training.

Course Aim

To introduce the PRINCE2 methodology to participants to advance their contribution to projects managed within a PRINCE2 environment.

Target Audience

Anyone wanting an understanding on the benefits of PRINCE2, its key processes and management themes and how PRINCE2 can be applied to control the start, middle and end of a project.

Course Covers

An overview of the PRINCE2 method focusing on key elements of the model with emphasis on preparing a project for authorisation and application of the most important management tools for execution and control. Participants will be provided with HiLogic’s PRINCE2 Overview manual, HiLogic’s PRINCE2 laminated process chart and hard and soft copies of the PRINCE2 management products.
