AgilePgM®, Agile Programme Management Training & Courses

AgilePgM® provides a disciplined but flexible agile training approach for the management of major business change.

Developed in partnership with the Agile Business Consortium, the 2 day APMG AgilePgM® Foundation training course combines the philosophy of agile business change with recognized programme management practices forming a framework to support and drive change in an ‘agile way’.

It enables programme and change teams to support change and realize benefits often and early whilst ensuring the programme is able to fulfill its aims and vision. AgilePgM® is founded on the philosophy “what is required, when it is required – no more no less”.

This is a 2 day program ending with the AgilePgM Foundation certification exam.

By completing an AgilePgM® Foundation training course, participants will acquire a sound understanding of:

  • AgilegPgM, its lifecycle, philosophy and principles
  • The essential roles and products produced of a change programme applying the AgilePgM approach
  • Governance within an agile programme of change
  • Communication and stakeholder engagement practices within an agile programme
  • Practices to support successful delivery of an agile programme and its associated projects, more specifically the practices of planning, delivery, management and control.

The AgilePgM® Foundation certification exam is a 40 minute, 50 question multiple choice exam. This is a closed book exam, where a delegate must achieve 25 or more correct answers for Foundation certification.
