You will have 9 months access to the online training program. Exams must also be taken within the license period.
Study time: There are 13 modules to the complete e-learning course, separated by Introduction modules, Foundation modules and Practitioner modules. To complete the Introduction level, our recommendation is about 5 hours for learning and learning reflection. For Foundation level we recommend about 20 hours and about 30 hours to include Practitioner level study with certification exam. This study will be a mixture of the e-Learning modules, reference to the Change Manager's handbook and other support information and completion of practical exercises and sample exams.
Take your Change Management Foundation and/or Practitioner exam online! This exam option is available using your own webcam and microphone and allows you to take the exam in the comfort of your own home at a convenient time, as selected by you. Do note that an exam invigilator will be monitoring you take the exam over webcam and photo ID is required at the start of exam for verification.

If completing the Change Management Practitioner exam please note we recommend purchasing a copy of the official Change Manager's Handbook, as the Practitioner exam is an open book exam in which the Change Manager's Handbook is permitted during the Practitioner exam.
